Brought to you by Christian Fashion Week Global LLC, a company dedicated to bringing designers, models, photographers, fashion stylists, and makeup/hair stylists together for a night of fashion to benefit a charity organization.

Fashion Show Guidelines

Participation Fee:

$250 participation fee payable by credit/debit card on our website at www.christianfashionweekglobal.org or call Lilian for alternative ways of payment

Necklines:

Necklines should not be lower than 3 inches below the collar bone; if lower, a cami or bandeau will be required

Shorts/Skirts:

Length is to be no more than 5” above the knee, if shorter than 5”, leggings or tights will be required (Remember clothing worn by models on an elevated runway appears shorter to the audience)

Fit:

Make sure apparel is not too fitted in a way that marks undergarments

We are looking forward to seeing your amazing designs!

Fabrics:

Materials (fabrics) should not be sheer or very thin. If so, the proper garments should be worn underneath (camis, tank tops, slips, pasties etc.)

Leggings:

Must be worn with tunic tops (tops that cover at least 10 to 15" from waist).

Halter/Backless/Strapless:

Subject to approval by Lilian.

Originality:

8 to 12 original garment designs that have not been previously showcased.

Designer Fee

All designer participation fees are non-refundable and final. Fees are invested immediately into production, marketing, venue, and operational expenses required to execute the fashion show experience. By submitting payment, designers acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Designer & Company name, logo and/or link on our official website, marketing materials, and media advertisements
Professional models
Professional runway, stage, and sound production to showcase your collection
Professional Fashion Show production staff, volunteers, and designer assistants on site
Press interview opportunities, Photo shoot opportunities.

By signing and completing the form below, you acknowledge, agree, and accept the terms, rules and regulations of designer application and contract. You agree to participate in the fashion show produced by Christian Fashion Week Global LLC. You understand that a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you decide not to participate once chosen as a designer.
