Vendor/Exhibitor Opportunities

Thank you for expressing interest in featuring your products and services at our fashion show taking place on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Vendor/Exhibitor Display area includes: One 6-8ft. table

Main factors in vendor selection include:

$100 Vendor fee must accompany application. Includes General Admission Ticket.

There will be a $25 fee applied to any returned payments.
Applications are accepted on a first-come first-accepted basis. A limited number of each category will be accepted.
Vendors will have an opportunity to place items in “VIP Swag Bags” if items are received by August 19th, 2026.

All vendor fees are non-refundable and final. Fees are invested immediately into production, marketing, venue, and operational expenses required to execute the fashion show experience. By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms.

To ensure the highest quality production, fees are non-refundable, as they are immediately invested into event planning, logistics, and execution.
